Shipping Process
Franua orders are handed over to shipping within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
All shipments are carefully packaged, ensuring the freshness and integrity of the products.
Shipping Carrier and Delivery Time
Your orders are delivered to every location in Turkey via our contracted shipping company.
Delivery time typically ranges from 1-4 business days (may vary depending on your region).
Shipping Fee
- Shipping is free for orders 200 TL and above.
- For orders below this amount, a fixed shipping fee applies.
Damaged or Missing Products
We kindly ask you to check the package when receiving your shipment. If you notice any damage, missing items, or deformation in the product, please have a report taken by the cargo officer and contact us.
We will rectify the situation as soon as possible.
International Shipments
Currently, only domestic shipments within Turkey are available.
Our efforts for international orders are ongoing.
Return and Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. At Franua, the freshness, naturalness, and quality of every product are paramount to us. To ensure your satisfaction, we facilitate the process for returns or exchanges when necessary.
Return Conditions
- You can request a return within 14 days from the product delivery date.
- Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Due to food product regulations, returns of opened or consumed products are not accepted.
- If there is damage, a missing item, or an incorrect shipment, you can contact us with the cargo report.
Return Process
- You can submit your return request by sending an email to iletisim@dfn.net.tr.
- After approval, send your product to us via the contracted shipping company.
- Once the product reaches us and is inspected, your return process will be completed within 3-5 business days.
- The payment will be refunded using the same method used during the order.
Exchange
In case of an incorrect or damaged product shipment, an exchange for the same product will be made upon your request, or a refund will be issued if you prefer.
